Description: Similar to The Red Tiger, this piece was an exercise I started to improve my color theory. Little did I know I would end up benefiting more from learning the different textures of the leather, metal and skin. This image also has great emotional significance to me, as my reference picture was taken by my film and photograph teacher Fer Millán. Fer has taught me so much and has encouraged me to pursue my artistic journey. Credit to her who allowed me to draw some of her beautiful pictures. And of course thank you to Joan Jett for being a wonderful model for both of us.
